Managing agent services

Integrated Workplace Management System (IWMS)

By consolidating maintenance, space, energy and project management functions into a single system, IWMS helps us streamline processes, maximise efficiency and sustainability and manage resources effectively.

Enterprise Asset Management System (EAMS)

We use EAMS to manage physical assets from acquisition and maintenance to disposal, helping to optimise their lifetime performance, reduce costs and ensure regulatory compliance.

Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) Management System

The EHS framework brings together all your environmental, health and safety policies and practices, supporting regulatory compliance and risk management. Our EHS is accredited to ISO 14001 ISO 45001.

Quality Management System (Audit and Performance Management)

Structured processes and procedures designed to meet regulatory requirements, improve operational efficiency, support continuous improvement and enhance the user experience. Our QMS is accredited to ISO 9001.

Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning

We’re harnessing the power of AI in planning, managing and delivering predictive maintenance, energy management, workflow automation, data analysis and reporting, to make our clients’ facilities smarter, more efficient and more sustainable.

Geographic Information System (GIS)

We use GIS to map and analyse facilities relative to their environment. This provides spatial data to inform emergency planning (identifying evacuation routes, assembly points and access for response vehicles, for example) environmental impact assessments (how the facility influences and is influenced by surrounding buildings, infrastructure and topography) and infrastructure provision (creating safe, efficient traffic flows, access for service vehicles and so on).

Soft services

Through our own in-house team and trusted service partners, we can deliver a full range of general building and facility management functions, including cleaning and janitorial services, landscaping and grounds maintenance, pest control, waste management, catering, security and help desk services.
