Design review
We review designs in terms of operation and maintenance, applying our decades of experience and expertise. This ensures your proposed design is practical from a facility management perspective, in order to optimise quality, performance and functionality, and minimise risk.
Input to third party design development and guidelines
Working with your design team, we’ll help develop overarching standards and output specifications for equipment, installations and services.
Asset Management Implementation (including ISO 55000)
We’ll help you introduce formal processes for maintaining physical assets throughout their lifecycles, to maximise their value while minimising costs and associated risks.
Where appropriate, we can design these processes to comply with ISO 55000 and its four fundamentals of Value, Alignment, Leadership and Assurance.
Tactical and service planning
Our goal is to ensure your facilities are efficient, cost-effective and aligned with your organisation’s commercial goals and operational requirements. We’ll work with you to define day-to-day systems and longer-term strategies to manage your physical assets and environments in support of your business operations.

Construction activity audits
We’ll conduct regular site inspections and quality checks throughout the construction phase, verifying installations and accessibility and overseeing system start-ups and testing. We’ll also coordinate shutdowns when you’re tying utilities into an existing facility, to minimise disruption to users and business activity. Full reports will help you keep track of your project’s progress.
