Olive Arabia is a proudly Saudi-based company. We’ve been operating in the Kingdom since 1985 and in that time, we’ve managed over 300 projects across the wider Middle East Region. We have office Kingdom-wide in cities including Riyadh, Jeddah and Dammam, delivering services for public- and private-sector clients. We recruit locally and working with local service partners wherever possible and offer programmes to support the development of talent nationally in the Kingdom.

Saudi Arabia and its facilities sector are on an exciting journey with the Vision 2030 initiative. This unprecedented government investment in infrastructure is driving rapid growth in the construction sector coupled with a greater need for and focus on sustainable practices, innovative technology and investment in local skills and talent. Olive Arabia has invested in the latest technology enabling activities related to the operation and optimized utilization of facilities. Common IWMS features that support our facility management services includes strategic facilities planning (including scenario modelling and analysis), CAD and BIM integration, space management, site and employee service management, resource scheduling, and move management.
