As a long-established facility management company, we’ve witnessed huge changes in our industry, driven by advances in technology, people’s shifting needs and priorities, and a greater awareness of and emphasis on sustainability. Fundamentally, though, our business owes its strength, success and longevity to the fact that we’ve always defined and structured our services around four basic pillars: People, Process, Building and Technology.

Although facility management is usually seen as a technical, engineering-based discipline, we’ve always understood that it’s ultimately about people – principally, how they interact with the built environment and how effectively it meets their needs. We meet those immediate human needs primarily through our soft facility management services: cleaning, catering, security and so on. That understanding also informs how we view ourselves: as a ‘people business’, in which our in-house team literally embody everything Olive Arabia is and stands for.
