The Saleh Kamel Business Centre (SKBC) is a modern office complex, a renowned landmark in Jeddah featuring two main buildings connected by a Plaza.  It is known for its commitment to environmental sustainability, SKBC is a green building designed with sustainable principles and technologies to reduce its environmental footprint.  This is a state-of-the-art facilities and amenities designed and constructed to meet the diverse needs of businesses and professionals.  The ground floor features commercial retail space.

Our Solution

We operate a dedicated team of 100 people who provide 24/7 facilities management support. Our priority is making sure the users of the buildings have a healthy, safe and well-maintained environment for everyone in the workplace. We achieve this through daily collaboration with the client facilities team to discuss our operation, specific activity happening, or unusual events taking place during a shift and any changes to working routine.

For effective asset management, we use our IWMS to record planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive works and other daily activities.

Our collaborative planning with open and honest conversation has resulted in close working relationship with the client for the benefit of the end users.  Olive Arabia is always responsive to technical challenges and pro-actively seek to offer the SKBC value for money whilst maintaining asset performance. Our site-based team is supportive and maintain a high level of discretion when it’s required.
