Our Solution
Olive Arabia commenced its services at the commissioning and the handover stage. No service provider had been appointed which meant developing all the relevant service specifications, scope of services and stringent KPIs.
Due to the nature of this project and the highly visible tower which occupy an important placing in the Islamic world for its spiritual standing, all our staff had to conduct themselves to highest order during their daily work routine as well as having the gravitas to oversee and manage a highly specialised supply chain of highly technical service providers.
Due to the complexity of some of the installed assets, the client requested Olive Arabia not only to supervise and manage the services but to self-perform on assets of high value and constitute an important part of the project.
