As facility managers, we’re looking after our clients’ most substantial, significant and valuable assets. It’s a privileged position of trust that we never take for granted and go to extraordinary lengths to earn and maintain. We genuinely care about our clients and our reputation for ethics, approachability and transparency: we will never sacrifice honesty and trust for the sake of ambition or our own convenience. We build and nurture positive relationships with external partners, our clients and each other within our business. And as masters of due diligence, we never sign a contract we can’t deliver, or make a promise we can’t keep. It’s a source of great pride to us that around 90% of our revenue comes from repeat business.
