Monitoring and optimisation
At Olive Arabia, we support our clients’ drive towards greater sustainability with innovative technologies and equipment to use and manage resources more effectively. Through our Integrated Workplace Management System (IWMS), we continuously monitor a host of metrics, enabling us to identify and address inefficiencies and optimise system performance. Plus, its data tracking capabilities enable us to monitor and record utility bills, identify energy wastage and realize cost savings, and demonstrate tangible results and benefits of improving sustainability to stakeholders.
Through planned and predictive maintenance, we can extend the service life of plant and equipment and make timely repairs to avoid or delay costly and unnecessary replacements.

Sustainability is often defined as ‘meeting current needs without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their own needs’. As well as environmental and economic needs, it includes wider social considerations around wellbeing, fairness in access to resources and sustaining cohesive communities. Building a strong, happy society as the foundation for economic prosperity is one of the key themes of the Saudi Vision 2030 project which, as an ambitious, proudly Saudi-based company, we’re enthusiastically supporting.
